Return & Refund Policy – Oslo Signatur
At Oslo Signatur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, the following rules apply:
Right of Withdrawal
Under the Norwegian Consumer Right of Withdrawal Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly within the 14-day period.

Return Process

Pack the Product Properly
The item should be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and the receipt/invoice. -

Refunds
Once we have received the item in satisfactory condition, the amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Shipping costs are not refunded, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Certain products are not eligible for return according to the Consumer Right of Withdrawal Act:

Products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized

Products that deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life

Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygienic or health reasons once the seal is broken
Complaints / Defective Products
If the item you receive is defective or incorrect, the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act applies.
You are entitled to repair, replacement, or a price reduction.
Please contact us as soon as possible if this applies.
