How to do it

  1. Copy the form below into an email (or print it and fill it in by hand).
  2. Send it to kundeservice@oslosignatur.no within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  3. Return the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us. See Returns and right of withdrawal for details on returns and refunds.
