Terms of purchase

1. About these terms

These terms apply to purchases of goods from Oslo Signatur AS through www.oslosignatur.no. The full terms can be found in our terms of service.

2. Orders

An order is registered when you complete the purchase in the online store. We send an order confirmation to the email address you have provided.

3. Price

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner. Oslo Signatur AS is not yet registered in the Norwegian VAT Register, so the price shown is the price you pay for the item. Shipping is shown separately before the purchase is completed. See Value added tax (VAT).

4. Delivery

We deliver only to addresses in Norway. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping costs NOK 99 for orders under NOK 999 and is free from NOK 999. See Shipping and delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. See Returns and right of withdrawal, or use our withdrawal form.

6. Complaints

In the event of defects, the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) applies. Contact us if the item is incorrect, damaged or defective.

7. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.
